We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by lush green landscapes and vineyards. the rooms, which have been recently renovated, were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our family. the attentive staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. the highlight of our experience was the exquisite restaurant, which offered a delightful array of locally sourced dishes, including a noteworthy wine selection. we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Furano area on our road bikes, with the hotel even providing valet parking for our convenience. we highly recommend this hidden gem for a memorable family getaway.
The onsen lacks the picturesque views that we had hoped for.

The convenience of being located next to the train station and only a short drive from the winery made it easy for us to explore the area.

Beautiful surroundings and clean facilities. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was sufficiently spacious.
Limited dining options and little information available on nearby restaurants. The Wi-Fi in the room was spotty and only reliably accessible in the lobby.

Spent New Year at a charming hotel in Hokkaido. Loved the peace and tranquillity the hotel provides, surrounded by the beautiful Japanese landscape. the staff was really courteous and friendly, they always welcomed us with a big smile on their faces. the hotel management had arranged some fun activities for the guests, like the outdoor bonfire, which we loved. the food was incredible, they had some delicious Japanese and international cuisines on the menu.
The room size could have been a little bigger, it felt a bit cramped. the WiFi only worked properly in the lobby, not in the room, which was a bit frustrating.

This place provides enhanced comfort and quality services. The location on a waiting area in the onsen area is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The hotel staff are attentive and polite, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. They provided excellent room service and the room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The terrace offered a lovely view of the surrounding garden, while the onsen facilities provided a rejuvenating experience. The free toiletries, refrigerator, and electric kettle were convenient additions. And the flat-screen TV and dining restaurant added a touch of luxury to my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
